You receive a list of items you will need to select, with complete information on where these items can be viewed. If you need help in making selections beyond that, which is available at the supplier partners’ locations, Alicia Lee, an interior designer is available to assist you.

You’re invited to visit the job site whenever you’d like, to see the building process and progress. Whenever you drop in, you’ll find that the job site is neat and organized.

There is respect for your time and for the investment you’re making in your new home.

The building process is so well planned and executed that there are no emergencies like needing to choose your shingle color in the next 30 minutes. You can enjoy watching the building process.

Your home is ready to move into on schedule

Fit and finish elements in your home are beautifully executed. If you have a punch list at closing it is usually very short. Any punch list issues are addressed quickly.

Once you’ve moved in, there are no nagging “fix it” details so you can devote all of your free time to enjoying your new abode.
