Jonathan Lee, President
Few builders have the blend of education, experience
and enthusiasm that Jonathan Lee invests in his company
and home building endeavors. After earning a B.S. degree
in Building Construction from Virginia Tech's College of
Architecture, Jonathan started his career in commercial
construction before launching Homes by Jonathan Lee, Inc.,
in 1995. Since then his homes have received yearly recognition
by the Home Builders’ Association of Winston-Salem,
winning eight gold awards and two silver awards in the Parade
of Homes. Jonathan Lee prides himself in remaining
on the leading edge of his profession, always expanding
his knowledge and professional capabilities. Using the latest
building techniques, innovative technology and new materials,
Jonathan explores options that make homes wise investments
as well as wonderful living spaces.
Jonathan's ability to listen, communicate
and manage the construction process, make him a sought-after
builder for discerning homebuyers. From the initial discussions
forward, he works closely with his clients and is available
to answer their questions. His engagement at each of his
job sites ensures that the work meets his and the clients’
high standards.
As Jonathan has built his company, he has
served as president and board member for the Home Builders'
Association and has chaired vocational education initiatives
to bring interested students into the field. He has also
worked with Habitat for Humanity to share his talents and
help provide well-built homes in the community.

Tim Fox, Superintendent
If Tim Fox wasn’t born with a hammer in hand,
building tools were certainly among his first playthings.
A life-long love for building is in his DNA. Tim has been
involved in construction since the tender age of 10, when
he built his first workbench.
His career path includes a business administration
degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro
and experience in both the construction and management sides
of the business. Tim has also operated his own business
as a contractor for remodeling, additions and home building.
His career has given him the versatility to manage the many
details of home building for Homes by Jonathan Lee, Inc.
Like Jonathan Lee, Tim Fox appreciates
the importance of quality at every stage of home building
and attends to every detail. He also understands the intricate
processes that keep the project on schedule. One of the
best superintendents in the business today, Tim Fox aggressively
pursues the fine points that complete the Jonathan Lee home.

Aaron Hyer, Assistant Superintendent
The past seven years has given Aaron a vast knowledge of
all aspects of the construction industry. Aaron is here
to assist Superintendent Tim Fox with all points of the
home building process. Like the rest of our team, Aaron
is dedicated to ensuring that all homes built by Homes by
Jonathan Lee are of superior craftsmanship and quality.

Pat Martin, Office Manager
Our home buyer’s first contact with Homes
by Jonathan Lee, Inc. is often times the voice of Pat Martin.
Pat’s career in accounting and customer service has
spanned 25 plus years. For 15 years Pat was the Director
of Finance with one of North Carolina’s largest waste
management firms, and five years with a community developer,
also several years as Office Manager with a distributing
company. Having worked with in the construction and distribution
industries she feels right at home with Homes by Jonathan
Lee. In her role as Office Manager, Pat coordinates and
supports the building process, securing necessary permits,
advertising, ordering materials and managing billing. She
is also the point person in facilitating communication and
schedules within the company. Pat’s professionalism
and attention to detail will insure the care of our clients.

Alicia Lee, Interior Designer
The eye and the expertise of an interior designer
can often assist custom homebuyers at key decision-making
points. Working directly with clients during the building
and finishing processes, Alicia Lee can guide and facilitate
the coordination of colors, finishes, flooring and decorative
materials for home interiors and exteriors. As an allied
member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID),
Alicia knows how to transform the owners’ taste and
preferences into a design that enhances each room in the
new home.

Peggy Gheesling, Marketing Agent
Peggy Gheesling is one of Winston-Salem’s most successful
and knowledgeable real estate agents. Well known for her
thorough and efficient service, Peggy uses her 24 years
of real estate experience to help make the home buying process
a smooth and rewarding transition.
Peggy has represented Homes by Jonathan
Lee, Inc., in the MLS since 1996 and brings with her the
resources of the area’s largest real estate company
– Prudential Carolinas Realty. A native of Winston-Salem,
Peggy received her B.S. degree in economics from the University
of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. She is a member pf
Prudential’s “Chairman’s Circle”
and serves on Prudential Carolinas Realty’s Board
of Advisors. |
